A fully compliant credit card gateway (Stripe, PayPal or Square) processes all credit card data. We DO NOT store your credit card information.
Digital goods can be accessed via a link that is sent to the email address that you provided after payment has been received.
Other goods are typically packed and posted to the delivery address you supplied within 1-2 days of receiving the order using Australia Post’s standard services. The total postage rate is automatically calculated according to the products that you’ve purchased. NO handling fee is charged.
Delivery within Australia can be expected within six business days; international deliveries are sent by Air Mail and can take 6 to 30 business days (depending on where you live). We reuse boxes and packing material to keep the waste down. Any bubblewrap used in the delivery is collected from local businesses. We try to walk our talk.
Return / Refund Policy
Digital downloads We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please get in touch with Planet Schooling if you are unable to open or download the book.
Damage in transit If a physical product arrives in an unacceptable state by the postal or courier service, we ask that you provide a digital photo of the damage to the product upon delivery for assessment.
Item not received If the product does not arrive for some reason, we aim to find the cause of the problem and resend the product as appropriate. For example, if the delivery address provided was incorrect, the item will need to be purchased again. If returned to sender (incorrect address supplied), then postage costs need to be paid for by the customer for the item to be resent.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable delivery destination for physical goods, a suitable mailbox or an undercover area that is protected from the weather. Leave a note on your order if special delivery instructions are required, and we will include this on your package.

All material available free or purchased on this site is for individual use. Any commercial use requires written permission. Please use the contact page for commercial use requests.
Any goods or services offered under subscriptions or ongoing payment plans shall allow the user the exit the plan. The current services and payment thereof shall remain available to the customer for the remainder of the plan interval, but no further plan intervals shall be billed. Eg on termination request from the user, monthly billed plans shall not be renewed.
A full refund will be made available for services that have not been accessed. No refund will be given for services that have been partially or fully accessed. E.g. downloadable products that have been downloaded are not eligible for a refund. Planet Schooling may at any time change these terms of service.
When you send a message to Planet Schooling
If you submit information to us either using an electronic form or application or by sending an email we collect that information and use it for the purposes that you have provided it. For example, if you send us an email requesting information on one of Planet Schooling’s products or services, we will use the information to respond to your enquiry. Your details will not be used to add to a general mailing list, without your prior consent.
Disclose any information to outside parties?
We DO NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
